I wish I could count how many times I have heard, “we are going to look so awkward” before a session. That’s where I come in! First, I want to get to know you and what makes your love special. By the time we are taking pictures, I will have you out of your own head and feeling like you’re just hanging out with an old friend. The same couples who tell me they are nervous they will look awkward, are the same ones who tell me how much fun they had after a session and how quickly it flew by. In order to capture your love authentically and organically, I make sure to create laughter and candid moments. If you trust me and trust the process, I promise you won’t walk away thinking how awkward you were. You will walk away with another friend (and some great pictures)!

I am here to help make you feel comfortable and confident. That starts with making sure you are never left wondering, “what’s next?” Or, “where should I put my hand?” I will guide you through each pose and provide you with interactive prompts that will have you genuinely laughing and forgetting the camera is there.
We will have planned the details of your timeline far in advanced of your wedding. So, when the day rolls around, leave the watch-checking to me. I will be sure to keep things moving when need-be, and allow you to have quiet, intimate moments whenever possible.

My Partner-in-Crime
Most of my wedding packages include a second shooter. Luckily for me, my partner, Joshua, is the one who joins my as my second shooter at each wedding!
Coming into our relationship, Joshua was already technically trained in photography. So during one of my off seasons, I took the time to show him my style and walked him through what a wedding day as a photographer looks like, and we were off to the races!
Each wedding that we have done together, we leave feeling that we have just had the best double-date. We do everything we can to make our couples comfortable, confident, and able to relax as best they can.
Not only does this help keep the mood light and the spirits high, but we are also able to show you how to pose instead of just explaining. Being able to see what to do takes out a lot of the guessing.

For weddings, the turn-around time is 6-8 weeks, and with engagement and portrait sessions, it is 2-3 weeks. That being said, you will always receive a sneak peek within the first 72 hours.

In order to reserve your date, I require 25% down. The remainder is not due until 1 week before the wedding (3 days for any other session).

Yes! You receive print rights to your photos. You can either print right through my host site, or download the photos and print them through any other print lab you prefer.
